Always striving to use local ingredients such as farm fresh eggs, wild fish, game and our imaginations, my creative cooks and I invite you to experience a unique and memorable dining experience as we work to bring you our vision of fine cuisine.

My formal education came from my time at Mission College in Santa Clara, however, most of the cuisines and techniques I've come to know well have sprung from working with many different chefs over my 21 years in the industry.

Since arriving in Ashland seven years ago, I am continually amazed at the local bounty, fresh ideas and friendly people that can be found here. I have been fortunate to have worked in several places around the valley but it here, at the Winchester, that I've been able to express and design a new level of cuisine.
