We at the Winchester Inn and Restaurant are dedicated to quality …of food, accommodations, and service. We take pride in what we do and where we live, in providing a comfortable cordial hospitality in a beautiful setting.

The restaurant, although cosmopolitan in influence, is nevertheless brim full of products we obtain locally. We like to emphasize the bounty and abundance of Oregon. Whenever possible, we use organically grown products farmed locally for us.

We like to take advantage of the changing seasons from fresh morels in the spring to summer Chinook salmon, from fruits and berries of the fall to the chanterelles and trout of winter. Our herb garden enhances all our recipes thoughout the year.
