- We regret we cannot accommodate pets.
- Rates are subject to change without notice.
- Breakfast guests are welcome with advanced notice for an additional charge.
- Rates are based on double occupancy and are subject to state and city taxes.
- Reservations require an pre-payment of one nights at the time of booking.
- Additional guests over 8 years old are an added $30 per person plus city and state taxes.
Cancellations
Prepayments are refunded ONLY if notice of cancellation is received
30 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival. We reserve the
right to withhold the entire prepayment if less than 30 days is
given. A 20% cancellation fee will be withheld from a prepayment
for partial or complete cancellations. A 20% fee will be deducted
for date changes.
