A full breakfast is served with your stay. Fresh in house
pastries, fresh seasonal fruit, a choice of entrees along
with our own blend of freshly brewed coffee. Each afternoon
pastry treats are delivered to your room from our kitchen.

we cannot accommodate pets. Rates are
subject to change without notice The Winchester
Inn is a smoke free property Breakfast
guests are welcome with advanced notice for an additional
charge. Rates are
based on double occupancy and are subject to city and state
taxes. Reservations
require an advance pre-payment of one nights stay at the time
of booking. Any additional
guest over 8 years of age is an added $30.00 per person plus
city and state taxes.
Cancellations
Prepayments are refunded ONLY if notice of cancellation is received
30 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival. We reserve the
right to withhold the entire prepayment if less than 30 days is
given. A 10% cancellation fee will be withheld from a prepayment
for partial or complete cancellations. A 10% fee will be deducted
for date changes.
