1st Course
Choice of:
Roasted butternut squash soup with persimmon relish
and toasted pumpkin seeds
Orange cured, dry roasted pork belly with pumpkin puree, roasted grapes, and savory candied hazelnuts
Butter Leaf Salad with herbed goat cheese, candied pine nuts
and shallot tarragon vinaigrette

2nd Course
Choice of:
Roasted Turkey stuffed with butter and fine herbs, brown butter whipped Yukon gold mashed potatoes, giblet and roasted hazelnut stuffing, cranberry bacon jam

Puff Pastry Spun Salmon in rosemary rub, brown butter whipped Yukon gold mashed potatoes, haricot vert with citrus aioli

Boneless Beef Short Rib with port mustard BBQ sauce, horseradish sweet potato mash, crispy shallots and haricot vert with citrus aioli
Roasted Pumpkin Cannelloni with spiced goat cheese cream, shaved Parmesan, arugula salad, pecans and haricot vert

3rd Course
Choice of:
Traditional Pumpkin Pie with orange chantilly cream and almond crumble
Cherry Croissant Bread Pudding with salted caramel sauce

Entrees are Served with traditional accompaniments

$15 per person deposit requested
