1st Course

Roasted Apple and Butternut Squash Soup with spiced cashews

Seared Diver Scallops with an arugula salad, baked pear and Parmesan sweet mustard creamy dressing

Butter Leaf Salad with honey shallot tarragon vinaigrette

2nd Course
Choice of:
Roasted Turkey stuffed with butter and fine herbs, caramelized onion and Yukon gold potato mash, mushroom turkey stuffing and cranberry bacon jam

Grilled and Roasted Vegetable Tart, goat cheese polenta and preserved lemon arugula salad 
 ~

Roasted Pork Loin with honey orange rosemary glaze, haricot verts and smoked sweet potato puree

Braised Beef Short Rib, deboned, with caramelized onion and Yukon gold potato mash, arugula salad and haricot verts

3rd Course
Choice of:
Traditional Pumpkin Pie with whipped cream and brittle

Cherry Apricot Croissant Bread Pudding with caramel sauce

No substitutions are available on this day, please let your guests know of the menu choices ahead of time

$40 per person
$15 per person deposit requested
