Weddings, Receptions and Rehearsal Dinners
There are several areas available for weddings and receptions.
They are combined for these functions. The Main Dining Room,
Parlor Room Gardens, Gazebo, Front Porch and Patio.
We specialize in intimate ceremonies and receptions. Indoor
ceremonies can accommodate up to forty guests and receptions
can serve up to seventy five.If your plans include an evening
event, please contact us for availability.
The Winchester Inn provides a Wedding consultant to assist
the Bride and Groom in planning their event and to co-ordinate
the wedding ceremony and reception.
We gladly assist in locating ministers, florists, photographers,
musicians and bakeries.
The rented space is made available from 11:00 AM - 4:00
PM on the event date.
DEPOSITS
* Full advance payment of rental charges to secure the reserved
date when reservation is made.
* 25% catering prepayment due one month prior to scheduled
event date.
* Full payment of all remaining charges due on the day of
the event.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Winchester Inn will refund pre-paid rental charges, less a
50% fee, provided that at least two months advance notice
of cancellation is given. Pre-paid charges and deposits are
forfeit if less than two months notice is given.
