Rates and Availability: Rates are subject to change without notice. Reservations require a pre-payment of one night at the time of booking. Rooms are not guaranteed until the time of booking. All rates are based on double occupancy and do not include state and city tax. All extra overnight guests over the age of 8 years old are an additional $45 per person, per night.‍‍‍

Check-In: Rooms are available for check-in at 3:00 pm on the day of check-in.

Check-Out: Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 am on the day of check-out.

Payment: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted.

Cancellation Policy: Prepayments are refunded ONLY if notice of cancellation is received 30 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival, minus a 20% handling fee. A 20% fee will be deducted for date changes.  Full payment for all nights reserved is required for any cancellations or alterations made 30 days or less before arrival; as well as for any 'no shows'.

Trip Insurance: If you are concerned about cancelling for any reason we would strongly recommend buying trip insurance which could cover all non-refundable expenses.  Follow the link to receive a quote for your trip

Smoking: We are a non-smoking property. Any violation of this policy will result in a $500 cleaning fee to cover room cleaning and laundering. Oregon Law also states that all smoking must occur at least 10 feet from all public accesses and is not allowed indoors. This policy covers both tobacco and marijuana products as well as e-cigarettes and vaping.

Breakfast: A two course gourmet breakfast is included for all overnight guests. We are happy to have outside guests join us for breakfast, but please let us know the day before. There is an additional charge for outside breakfast guests.

Children: All children are welcome at the Inn. If you are in need of child care or items such as cribs, please let us know in advance and we will happily help to arrange the services you need.
